Piwc Ltd Rapid Expansion

Due to the massive demand and increase in personal injury cases, Piwc Ltd has expanded their workforce substantially.   On the back of a successful marketing campaign, growing reputation in the marketplace and new relationships formed with key partners, Piwc have acquired a new UK call centre.   The call centre is predominantly based for incoming enquiries; however, there are plans to expand into an outbound call centre environment in the next three months following a new television campaign.

Gary Howarth, the managing director for PIWC commented, ‘These are very exciting times for PIWC ltd.  Due to a massive upturn in the amount of accident compensation enquiries we are receiving, we have acquired a new call centre environment with dedicated, trained customer support staff.  It is open 24 hours 7 days a week for our potential and respective clients. 

We believe that the decision to base the call centre at extra cost in the UK, is the right one, our clients are the one most important factor in our success and we feel that they should experience real time customer service.  We have also developed key partnerships in the company that have led to our sudden expansion.  Things can only get better for PIWC.’
